In Alberta, in late 2019 Connect Care was first launched in Edmonton by AHS and the initiative is currently being spread across the province. Connect Care will allow patient information to be accessible from any AHS location to be more efficient. This allows for patients to not have to repeat their health history multiple times each time they visit as it will all be available through Connect Care, saving time.
