Recent Challenges & Successes

LAPORTE has recently delivered several high-impact biomanufacturing projects. We led the expansion of an immunoglobulin production facility, adding 93,000 square feet of new space to significantly boost manufacturing capacity and support the launch of a new production department. In another major achievement, we validated a new commercial production plant dedicated to mRNA vaccines, enhancing our capabilities in next-generation therapeutic manufacturing.

We also completed the design and commissioning of a state-of-the-art GMP biomanufacturing facility tailored for the production of a COVID-19 vaccine candidate. This facility meets the highest standards of quality and compliance, supporting rapid response to global health challenges. Additionally, we launched a cutting-edge cell and gene therapy facility designed for the commercial production of genetically engineered therapeutic cell lines. This new infrastructure will provide transformative treatment options for patients who have not benefited from conventional therapies.
