What began as a physician’s pursuit to find solutions for her own patient’s eczema-prone skin has grown into a biotechnology-powered skincare line using beta-glucan—one of nature’s most powerful skin-healing molecules.
Our objective is to harness medical-grade science to create accessible, effective skincare alternatives without steroids, harsh additives, or fragrance. At the heart of our formulations is beta-glucan, a natural fibre found in oats and barley known for its ability to support skin repair, soothe irritation, and deeply hydrate. The patented extraction technology used in our products was developed at the University of Alberta, where researchers created a novel, highly purified form of barley beta-glucan designed for enhanced skin absorption and therapeutic benefit.
